The people who make it all work

I'm at Media City, Salford shooting a studio based TV show.

TV people are incredibly energetic and positive, even after working flat out for 12 hours or more. It's also an industry with a healthy 50/50 gender split.

These women are makeup artists and rightly proud of their work..
