Catch the Day

When you have something in mind and you can not get rid of it, you got to do it. So most of the Saturday was dedicated to working on the private project. Only mid afternoon we allowed ourselves a break and walked via Junkerboden into town to get sun and oxygen as well as, fresh fish and vegetables for dinner.

Summer evening. Doors open, IGT Toscano Rosato 414 (Maremma) in the glass and waiting for the vegetables to roast in the oven before the fish gets placed on top.
