Saturday in June

Our friend Andy is with us.

He had dinner with us last night and a leisurely breakfast this morning. Then we all went for a long walk. A late lunch and much chatter - mostly politics and music.

It's almost 4pm and I feel like a snooze. 

The hen swan at Monument Lock has a small injury to her cheek. I heard the RSPCA has visited and checked her. She appeared fine to me and the cygnets are thriving.
