And without ever saying the words, the Mathew Bourne ballet captures the sentiment perfectly.

So lovely to see the show with my niece, who is just about to take her next steps in dance, a full time college course.

She'd spent all day in class and I like to think as she sat there, with sore legs, she got a little extra inspiration.
