Parking Moron

Found my car in hotel car park this morning with a moronic 17 plate Nissan 4x4 literally parked up against the rear bumper...really? Plastic to plastic Pulled forward and admittedly could see no visible damage so ket it lie. But I just don't understand the idiocy especially in a huge and uncrowded car park
