Highhouse Minehead

This is all that is left of the old mine workings at Highhouse.  It is now surrounded by an industrial estate in some of the old mine houses and a collection of more modern units.  In 2015 there was an application to tear it down but this was overruled by the Scottish government so for now its future is safe.
