Tottering blue tower

On my way to a business meeting in the West End, I spotted this blue tower which appears to have gained a temporary reprieve in the demolition of the St James Centre. It will come crashing down soon, no doubt. I hope it's symbolic.

The meeting was of some value to both sides, but I'm not expecting a lot to come as a result.
