Red Pencil Not Included
THURSDAY
Today the nation decided. At the local polling station it was a squeeze to get the ballot papers into the secure box. The Presiding Officer was using a wooden ruler to ram the papers down. I do hope that they are not spoilt due to tearing.
Eight of the buildings that I manage were used as Polling Stations so I was kept my fingers crossed all day that things would run smoothly.
Today's blip is of a first edition "Corbyn Colouring Book" which I bought as a present for Harriet a year or so ago. Harriet tells me that it is appreciating in value.
It's half-past ten and the exit polls indicate that an overall majority is not a certainty. It could be a long night for some.
