Hey - wait for me!

There's a family of moorhens on the pond on Wooler Common. Mum and dad seem to be very conscientious parents, constantly keeping an eye on their chicks, a task that's becoming more difficult as they gain confidence and swimming abilities. They still like to be fed occasionally, though (extra).
