A Celebration

As Mr MD has a very special birthday approaching soon we decided to celebrate by travelling from HB to Scarborough on the Scarborough Spa Express, reserving First Class Premium Dining Tickets.    We began with a full English breakfast (I had grilled Manx Kippers) and on arriving at our destination we had the afternoon to explore the sights.    I love this iconic view of the famous Grand Hotel.    Here is Mr MD at the start of our return journey sampling a glass of Malt Whisky before the full Silver Service four course dinner.    A wonderful day out for us both (although it was for his birthday), enjoyable in every way.   My extra is a fellow traveller who we christened 'Mr Blue Shoes'.   A real dedicated follower of fashion. -:)
