When will it stop raining?

It was very very wet again today. Adam was off school today as his school is used as a polling station. He was hoping to meet his friends at the park but it rained all day.
It eventually stopped about 7pm so I went out with both my owners. Yippee, I thought. But no, we walked to the nearby church and then my male owner just walked off into the building. I was distraught. I cried and cried and cried. How could he just walk off like that? My female owner tried to calm me down but I was in a mess. It seemed like ages before he returned and then my female owner left! (Apparently they were voting) But it was ok as I went to the park for a walk and play in the puddles.
