Chasing away the blues...

How better to avoid the rain and gloomy weather than to work out what to wear for Staveley carnival later this month? Time to get out that flamenco dress that's been in the wardrobe for a couple of years and create a flouncy skirt! (But will I be able to wear it for a celebration later tonight??)
