Abstract Thursday

After voting early I went to Tadcaster for an eye appointment which was being held in a retirement apartment complex. In the waiting area (the communal lounge) I spotted this table 'decoration'. I quite liked the way the bowl texture mimicked that of the spheres. Managed to get a couple of the spheres in shot and then converted to mono to disguise the horrid yellow wall in the background!

Though it would make a nice entry for Abstract Thursday, thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.

Later we travelled to Darlington with daughter and granddaughter to visit MIL.. out for lunch then back to hers for cups of tea.

Horrid day weather wise, managed to walk Finlay at 6 a.m. in just light rain! Raining again at tea time so no chance of a second walk today.
