Glenfiddich

While in Scotland and in the area of many distilleries it would be silly not to sample the local produce. We chose Glenfiddich which meant we could get a nice drive too. The tour was really interesting and it was cool to see they still did things very traditionally. Most of the buildings here are for maturing barrels.

Of course the samples at the end were excellent. The 12 year old is nice, the 15 year old is spicy and the 18 year old is so smooth! We also tried one of their experimental 'Project XX'. Not so sure on that one but interesting to try!

Up to Baxters at Fochabers for lunch. Not been there for years, it has really up its game!
