Calmer Day

Not a lot of sun, rain or wind today, but an aerobics class this morning, and kettle-bell class this evening, it was how to fill the time in between! Cleaning? Ironing? Or sit by an open window watching the wildlife in the courtyard, with a bit of faffing with camera settings. The extras are the real wildlife. A young sparrow having a bath, and dad, junior and mum on the wall. Have I got the dof back to front? Not sure. :-)
