The neighbour of the Beast.

I am thinking of entering this image into this months Set Theme which is "Numbers".

One resident was worried that I was a lady from the Council - he thought I was gathering evidence about wheelie bins being left out in the passageways.
After I assured him I wasn't from the council he seemed quite happy - still not sure he understood why I wanted to photograph wheelie bins though!
