Wild day

It was a very wild and windy day today at Southsea today, in fact shortly after this photo was taken we got caught in a downpour and got soaked ... all in the interests of giving my lovely granddaughter a run along the promenade in the wind. She had a special day today as it was her adoption celebration day at the family court when the magistrates have an informal ceremony and give a certificate welcoming a child to her new family. It was lovely. That is the final stage in what has been a very long process, with several celebrations along the way.
