Grrrrrr

The laptop I bought last Friday has proven to be faulty, so I went back to the store to get a new one. It was not easy!

They wanted to correct the error rather than give me a new one. I wanted a new one.

We discussed for more than an hour and then I left my laptop with them whilst I walked dogs at the Viking Fortress 15 mins from the store.

I came back 1,5 hours later and discussed for another hour.

I then waited an hour for them to set up my new laptop... still waiting...

Sigh!
