Elderflower

We have an Elderflower tree in our garden.

Today I picked the flowers and started the process of turning them into syrup. Tastes great with Sekt.

Wait a few days and I'll blip the results.

Herr L off to China again today. He'll be away for a week and I'll miss him very much.
