Good intentions
Not feeling good about myself at the moment. I'm at least two stone heavier than I should be, heavier than I've ever been including when I was pregnant, and unfit to boot.
Too many false starts to diets and exercise campaigns. My sweet tooth is my downfall, along with too much rushing about and grabbing quick meals or snacks.
So I'm off again on a be good diet and trying to fit more exercise in to my days. I don't want to join a group but I do need to try harder at cutting out the rubbish, or at least eating it less often!
