A disappointment

I saw this rose "Blue Diamond" in the gardens at Hampton Court Palace last year and was very impressed with the beautiful colour, so ordered one for a pot in the front garden.

It has bloomed and the colour is so insipid, such a disappointment :0( 

I'm wondering if I was given the wrong name for the rose bush?
