Oysters!

On our way from Florida, we stopped in Mobile, lunched at a terrific oyster house, and shared a dozen of the raw slick ones. I did worry for a second about the soundness of this choice (we had 3.5 hours of driving ahead of us; would be a shame to get sick on the way). Alas, my fears were unfounded, and all was well.
