NOT A CLOUD IN SIGHT:

-2* frost, but who minds when you get a day like this ? What a bonny day for the walkers. This is my view from the bedroom end of the house, looking up the beautiful Matukituki Valley in the distance. You know how much I love these blue mountains ? They will appear quite frequently in the next few weeks, I am apologising now ! Rod very kindly took Peter to the airport at Queenstown this morning; he is on his first leg to South Africa, then the U. K. & finally to Nepal. Home in 7 weeks. I will miss him.
