January Blues?

I got a last minute appointment at my local Doctor's out of hours clinic this evening. Since Friday or so, I've had really agony hands - bad rashes, lumps and bumps etc. and it has got to the point it's painful to touch and hold things. The Doctor gave me a cracking diagnosis "In all my years of working in medicine, I've never seen this before". Well jeez thanks very much! So off I popped with a prescription for steroid cream so here's hoping this helps soon.

This poster was in the waiting room, and it really caught my eye. It pretty much sums up how I feel at the moment. However, as much as this made me smile, I bet they help a lot of people across Scotland.
