Open Day

Went along to the Penny Jones Animal Hospice open day this afternoon.  Its a family run retirement home for abused and neglected animals.  More recently Elizabeth the lady who runs it has been taking in rescue dogs from Romania with the most appalling injuries.  Its unbearable to even read about what these dogs have gone through.  Lucky for them though that they are now at the Hospice.  She has about 100 animals there, dogs, horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, pigs, cats and I'm sure there are others too.  Afterwards went to Brampton to walk Misty somewhere different to the norm.

If the weather forecast is correct its going to rain non stop from midnight for the next 36 hours!!!
