My friend sent a joint birthday present for the kids - you put this plastic thing in your mouth and try to say phrases! Absolute daftness but a hit, especially with Smallest!

In other news, MrRoly started his 2 day sailing course to get his RYA1. He is shattered and keeps telling us how hard it is...

Meanwhile I took swimming lesson duty and was very impressed with Smallest's progress! I then took 4 of my Brownies to a special Guiding showing of Beauty and The Beast at the Poly. A film I wasn't bothered about seeing but actually enjoyed!!

What was meant to be an early night turned into a bottle of wine/Harry Potter kind of a night - fingers crossed I get a lie in at last tomorrow!
