Penance

Winching at Mendlesham, of which I was the wrong end of most of the day. Still, I've had a good run so nice to give something back and get others flying some distance to the sea side :-)

Just the two of us winching, I won at straws so naturally under booming looking skies it was my duty to go with what I had - otherwise M would then do exactly the same! Never quite connected with anything solid and dribbled a meager 6km away. Found some very nice folk who gave me and the glider lift back.

M meanwhile had the best flight of the day as another winchman turned up.

Good weekend, although fingers crossed for some improved more consistent weather for the next one.
