Troubled times

Woke to the news from London of another terrorist attack - this time in Borough market . This is an area we know well - we used to go there a lot when Isla lived in London - both to the restaurants and the fantastic market .

 We are living in an increasingly mad and mixed up world . 

Had to get out of the house for a walk - so had a stroll round the very green and verdant Crathes Castle grounds which helped to soothe my troubled soul a wee bit .
