Woke up this morning to the terrible news of yet another atrocity. A quick phone call to our eldest quickly established he was safe. The sister of our youngest sons girlfriend was also safe. My thoughts are with everyone in both Manchester and London affected by recent events.

Had a ride to Sheffield to Orienteering today. Although it was rather brambly in places I enjoyed my run. The longest course I have managed to complete in a long while running over 7km on a 5.5km course.

Without a blip I nipped out to catch the last light on this poppy.
