A Long Anticipated Night Out In East Hull...

A fab day today starting with lunch for 11 people as we had friends over ready for a long anticipated night out in East Hull. We got to meet A's new boyfriend N and he got the a definite thumbs up as it felt as if he had always been part of our little group.

What an amazing night we had at 'The Beauty In The East' gig with headline act Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbot of Beautiful South and Housemartins fame supported by The Divine Comedy and Billy Bragg. We sang, cheered and danced the night away and apart from the rather hectic fight for the buses at the end where at one point I am sure both feet left the ground as I was carried along in the crush, it was a fantastic night out.
