Flapjacks

Finished work tonight and had the urge to cook - which seems to be happening rather regularly these days! It may be something to do with the evenings getting dark earlier. Or it may be that I am just greedy.

Anyway, so, I made flapjacks. Chucked some sunflower seeds and cranberries in there too, and this is the result. Very tasty too.

Also made some scones but they weren't such a success. Not that it'll stop me from eating them mind!
