Moth

Didn't get out for a walk at lunchtime - just managed to find time between meetings to visit the fruit and veg market at the student union. 

Did another spin class after work. Exhausting but fun afterwards. I can feel that I'm getting fitter - I'm certainly managing the three flights of stairs to our offices faster than many of the other library staff!

Husband collected son number one from the station. He's passed his training course and is looking forward to a weekend off work before he starts his new role next week. 

We had the back door open most of the evening and had a few insect visitors. This large moth was very pretty and very tolerant of a camera lens.
