Setting Off

Woke up relatively early and remembered I'd seen something about a cycling event starting on the beach at 8am so went along with my camera to get a few shots. About fifty mountain bikers off for an almost 150 mile tour of Lothian and the Borders - the Capital Challenge. Think this is the third year. Here, Markus Stitz, the event organiser, leads some of the cyclists down the Prom. Later we had our Artists Way catch up with P and then did some housework before watching the Champions League Final in the evening. My final hoodoo continued as the team I picked to cheer for - Juventus - lost 1-4 to Real Madrid.
