Another (poor quality) snap of Caitlin and her wee cousin sitting down to read a few books together.

Caitlin had a hard day dancing but she didn't see the results she felt should echo the effort she put in to it. Learning today that sometimes no matter how hard you practice and try, you're not always going to come out on top, and that this is actually ok. The improvement in her own dancing after persevering through twice daily practices, 5-6 days a week was obvious, Caitlin's positive attitude was noticed, she had fun dancing with her friends, and is keeping fit and healthy.

Hopefully there's some life skills and resiliency developing in the wee soul. This photo shocks me a little at how grown up she is starting to look and act... Not really my little girl anymore.
