Take it easy

I probably did a bit too much yesterday. (I certainly didn't play tennis......my reference was to the wall to wall coverage of Roland Garros which was absorbing and exhausting !)

I walked only a small distance further, and enjoyed it.

But I find it infuriating to have to push along the little trolley to move meals, cups of coffee and everything else from one room to another. Tempting that it is to balance on one crutch, it's not wise. Today I intend to stick to the rules. (Did you hear that, Furbie ? You'll just have to be more patient.)

My garden needs attention - but it will wait. I'm just going to enjoy the poppies.
