Rental Art

We returned our rental car this morning in preparation for our train trip north this afternoon. I had marveled at the art on the "up" escalator when we originally rented, but did not stop to take photos knowing I could capture it on our return. That art, made from a couple hundred identical taillights, paled in comparison to this installation fronting the "down" escalator. There must be a 1,000 rearview mirrors arranged in four sinewy waves that create all kinds of interesting patterns. I have an overall view, but prefer this closeup shot. I am even reflected in some of the surfaces.
