The Other Side The Fence

Obviously the animals in these parts are convinced that the grass is greener at the other side of the fence.

Although very blustery this morning I decided to brave the elements and go for a cycle. Glad that I did. The horses were at my side of the field this morning. Initially they were a little weary of me then relaxed and practically ignored me.

When I returned to the village there was evidence that a cycling event was taking place in the village today. It appears that there is a Lands End to John O'Groats cycle passing through.

Don't think the serious lycra clad cyclists were impressed with my waterproof jacket, walking boots and wooly hat and gloves ensemble.
