A day for C

D and I have spent the day taking C to a football festival in the morning and karate grading. The football festival was fab - the boys are not a team that wins stuff, and they were totally made up to be given trophies at the end. It nearly made me cry with happiness. Such a fab thing to do for these guys. We then headed to McDs for a nice cheap lunch. Followed by a trip to Waterstones to choose holiday reading for the boys. D has just started reading diary of a wimpy kid on his own, this is fab!
Then we headed to watch C do his next karate belt. I enjoyed trying to get action shots on my phone. D was a star all day given it was all about C.
A is off running in the big mountains in the LAMM. I was very excited to look up the mid-camp results to see A and his pal are 3rd vets and 5th in their category.
