HOP ALONG!

Up early and the sky was beautiful (see extra). Went to the canal to see if my swans from the last few years were still sitting on their eggs, and they were, also the young swan couple at the other end of the canal are still sitting. Managed to see a mother duck with here lovely seven babies.
Just now 1.30pm we are in the middle of a huge thunder storm, plenty of thunder but so far no lightening. Did some hedge cutting before the rain.
The very first baby Blue Tit appeared out of the nest box this morning (see extra) The other extra (sorry to sicken you all) is of the garden this morning. Posted it as I thought it looked lovely, and no doubt it will be different after the heavy rain.
Going to have a busy day tomorrow, as all the family are coming for dinner, so it will be lovely to see them all.
