Just over a horrid flu bug...cannot believe how it can knock you flat!  Today is day 3 and I'm much better.  I'm well rested but just don't have my normal energy mostly because it was so difficult to eat. But I did stay incredibly hydrated.  Sorry to miss everyone and will catch up tomorrow.  Its later in the day and my energy is waning.
