First

.... Lush bath bomb! By 7am. She had a wonderful long play in the bath this morning. She had a bit of music practice, a lot of breakfast and we headed out to B's. Katie and B were having a morning playdate and coffee outing as a treat for doing so well in her clarinet exam. 

They spent some time in the music room, playing on the ipad and finding a new piece for Katie to learn later. They went into the garden and did some planting & watering. B helped Katie with flicking over from bridge and Katie cartwheeled and danced. They walked to the shopping centre where Katie got a ginormous hot chocolate and a huge cookie. B text me to let me know they were at the fun fair just as I arrived to meet them. I got to watch Katie have a glorious time on the biggest bouncy castle I've seen - so big it has two large slides within it! She had a wonderful time and felt appropriately treated for her wonderful result. 

We said goodbye to B and I took Katie to work with me for a while. After work we nipped home via the shop for a few bits. She did some more music and we got to dancing in time for her to have a bit of a play at the park. She had a brilliant time in class, said she really enjoyed the leaps today. There were only three of them so she worked super hard again. It took a while to settle her to bed, she did some more music and some more dancing before finally she could be convinced to sleep!
