Spotlight on Wales

The spotlight is on Wales this weekend as the UEFA Champions League Final takes place in Cardiff.  They’re expecting huge crowds and it’s great to see Cardiff and Wales get such good publicity.

Another quiet day, and despite drinking more water these days I seem to be having more headaches.
