Invalid toilet

In the Pentecost weekend there is again the annual Pinkpop festival. Artists from around the world hear their best songs and more than 50,000 visitors young and old listen to it.
This afternoon I was cycling around to take some pictures of what it looks like before the festival starts.
I thought this picture was hilarious.
It looks like you have to take a wheelchair here to go to the invalid toilet.
