Flower Friday 2 - Rose

This is a David Austin Old English rose, so the perfume is gorgeous.  There is only one flower so far but a couple of buds yet to open.  I does not look as good as it did yesterday, as the heavy rain this morning has done some damage to the petals.   As I was taking this pic a butterfly landed quite close on the door knob.  Couldn't resist adding it as an extra, as it is the first butterfly I have photographed this year.
