Asparagus

We went for a small outing with grandpa today, so he could get out and about. And - we were getting asparagus from the sourdough bakery! They grow their own, but you have to preorder because everything is so late this year. So that's what mum had done.

When we got there, it was raining, so my normal walk was shorter than usual. Also, the bakery isn't open on Tuesdays, so no fika. Sigh. We did get this wonderful asparagus that we had for dinner with softboiled eggs, which was yummy. And grandpa was happy with his outing in the countryside.
