Hint of Rain in the Evening Sky

The entire county is on water rationing now that it has not rained in so very long. Today we got a bit of a sprinkling though. Many in town are upset as we have spent a good deal in building a water reclaimation plant. The process has little to do with how much rain we get and a lot to do with the ocean tide each day.

Anyway, our officials are protesting the ban, but so little is taken on a case by case basis any more. Since our usage has no effect on the water table one way or the other, it would be nice to not have the police knock on the door, with a ticket, because the flower bed was hand watered on the "wrong" day.
