Shakespeare and Jaguar

Destination Stratford-upon-Avon, where tonight's event was a dinner hosted by Jaguar. An unusual occasion. There were 21 of us around the dinner table, 19 women and just two men. That's a total reversal of the usual ratio at motor industry press events.
We are here for the presentation to Jaguar of the Women's World Car of the Year supreme award for 2017, for the F-Pace. I'm a judge for the UK, and there are 24 of us on the judging panel around the globe. My fellow WWCOTY judges have travelled from as far afield as New Zealand, India and the US to be here.
A big day tomorrow, visiting Jaguar's HQ and design centre, and a special preview of a still-secret new model.
