Busy

some days are days for just getting gardening things done.  The grass was cut - it now looks as if it is recovering from all the care and attention I gave it earlier in the year.  In a couple of beds, spring bulbs and plants were lifted and summer bedding planted - we'll see but the omens are good.  And I started installing an automatic watering system in the greenhouse.  I would have finished except I forgot to buy batteries - why do folks sell battery powered devices without the batteries?  It will be finished tomorrow.
And this rhododendron came out to greet me.
