I've been trying to grasp the principles and functions of a flash so I had a bit of a play this evening. This is an example of exactly what I didnt want to achieve but I liked J's expression on his face. Looking now it looks quite aggressive but it was more of a wince as she drove his "play" car into the pretend wall. As you can see, I dont understand the thrill of computer games.

I cant speak about L's potty progress today as its just plain depressing. On the plus side she seemed much more relaxed today and we had a brilliant time, just the pair of us at Toddler Time.

Tried my first Metabolic Effect training session this evening. Where I've totally stopped using my dumbells my arms have gone back to being very puny and I needed 4kg weights compared to the 6kg ones I was using at home a few months back. My arms are all wobbly now I'm home and Im longing for my bed. Finally got the clean sheets on, now that I can get to the right cupboard. Getting there.
