Yippee

It could be a number of factors but the bottom line is that my Cholesterol is below the recommended '5' for the first time since my records began.

So, I'm now smiling on the inside as well :)

Also used this shot to take my first photo with my camera at its maximum ISO, an interesting thing to do.
